What is my association with F5?
I am not an associate or affiliate of Formula five, nor am I selling it. I am just someone who has had the chance to experience using it due to association with one of their customers.
What were the F5 business profit effects?
I did find formula 5 did help to increase profits on paper. These figures were based on the results of the small tests we were able to run. If we had had the finances to run all the tests and the resulting campainges we would have.
If we'd had more than a couple of hundred dollars spare after purchasing the Formula five back in Feb 2009, we would probably be rolling in more money and work than we know what to do with by now. That is by June 2009.
On a small test of 300 flyers in an area previously advertised to. We found.
What business effects did we find to date with F5?
Though we increased the advertising cost 89% there was a 50% increase in average job income value.
1271% increased return on investment
731% increase on return on investment
450% overall increase on income from jobs
What business effects did we find to date with F5?
So, as you can see if we'd had the $8-12,000 spare in our budget to buy AND implement formula five, we would be really doing well for the carpet cleaning and restoration devision of our small business. Therefore the live event could have been in Australia but still out of our reach. And this was in an area of money makers that put wants ahead of needs even if it means they suffer bad health as a result. This area had with previous advertising not responded as well as our averages of the time even. Now it has set the new higher average, by responding the way it should have all along.
Is Australia really the lucky country with F5?
I found being in Australia, whilst lucky country to some, I was isolated from the advanced interactive training offered. This is due to time differences between America and Australia. Causing Australians to need to be up between midnight and five a.m. to participate. Just as well they recorded the live training as they went and put it up in the members portal. The Average Aussie parties on till about 10 pm nightly, doing work and wot not, just like most places. So who would want to get up two hours later to conference?
I did find myself getting up earlier in the Australian Summer. Participating in a few of the live training and a couple of weekly calls that had been set at a later hour. But once daylight saving ended in the southern, and more so since it started in the northern hemisphere, the pre sunrise get up is too much of a strain on the body.
I feel if Paul was to implement the simple strategy of having an international country relative network base, the Formula five would be greatly improved. That is have a mini branch, unit, in the major countries of isolation from the American time zones. For example one in Australia, and one maybe two in England and Europe. Then one for Asia, and one for the contents of Africa and South America if found to be neccessary.
These branches would provide a contact base at a level more accessable to most businesses and people. They could do the three simple jobs that are needed to be provided at a more localised level for this type of product. Being, live coaching, customer relations and a returns unit.
Where the governments got it wrong?
Lets face it many businesses around the world have calling bars on the phone lines. Some complete outgoing, some long distance and international, but many are international. There are even those businesses where even the owner and boss cannot make international calls from any of the phones he or she has. This can be related to the type of phone services they have. Like my mobile, it is a prepaid with, as I found out after getting it, no choice on International Dialing. I just can not call internationally, unless you count the international emergency number on every mobile phone in the world.
The localised live coaching could be performed by past students of Formula five that have either chosen to move to that area for the position, or where in the area all along. Now that would make the conversation between the F5 members a bit more lively. Mind you, the international chat room approach of bouncing ideas for improvement does have a unique advantage from time to time. Sometimes something that is currently working in one country has never even been used in another. Or maybe it went out of favour a while back and that insight helps modify it to something more useable.
Most people across the world hate math and there is plenty of that in formula 5. He just tries to make it seem fun. This goes hand in hand with the fact that Most business owners and entrepeneurs dont like doing statistical and analytic work, even at a learning level. There is also a lot of that in there.
I must admit the verbal math warning announce ment is a bit of entertainment the first half of the course. But the fact is someone has to do the statistic and data gathering and the math, then do the analysis of these. And when it is you doing it and you see improvement, it can be very exciting.
They have gone to the trouble though early in the course, to state that to run a successful business you need to collect the data and do the math as part of the analysis. It is just forgotten, as it is any way, that it takes up time and therefore costs money. If you do it yourself you have less time for other things, yet you may not have the access to funds to enable outsourcing this set or any of the tasks they recommend in this course to outsource.
I am on the fence as to whether or not giving heaps of examples is good. For something that is made to be used on all types of business, be it offline or online, the examples need to reflect that adiquately. He gives thousands of examples, yet most represent online business. Some are easily modified to offline, some require real creativity to work or not. But there are a few areas that the multiple examples he gives are inadiquate for adaption to offline fields such as service provision.
This may be the simple case that no one involved in making the course has actually had chance to apply the content to businesses such as carpet cleaning, pest control, plumbers, standard produce farms. I guess because, typically, unless part of a franchise system or co-op, these business types cannot afford the services that led to Formula five being offered as a course. So data and examples typical for how to apply and the effects F5 would have on these businesses may not exsist on a viable statistical level for them to use.
HOW TO Get More Eyeballs...
The DVDs are data discs and most DVD players that are not a computer part cannot play them. It has been brought to my attention that the DVDs supplied in this course are data discs. Unfortunately not every F5 member has a large screen conected to the computer, nor the room in their office to comfortably seat all parties to view the course or part that applies to them.
Even in the few live sessions over the internet I was a participant in, there was someone saying they had to commit something to memory, to later teach to a particular person or team ao they can do what was asked of them. Often a place of business at least has access to a space that can be and is used for group training. The use of AV equipment is also still common. Note to point, very few work place safety films, though on DVD, have gone data disc only.
So I see no other problem with a member using a training time schedule. This would be to play the appropriate section or sections of the modules while in the presence of the staff for those tasks relative. Thus everyone involved learns what he or she needs at the same time as the boss. Further saving time and enabling the swifter application of the actions required. Thus increasing the speed at which the results can be achived.
It seems the videos were almost done as a testement to his own statement of Do it, even if it is done poorly. So long as it is done well enough to improve the results it is done right. This may work great on the internet but in the offline world it can be looked upon by the prospects as an example of the quality they should expect from you. Especially if it is a service, such as cleaning or painting etc. But, he does give you what he teaches when used in conjunction with good copywriting, you can and do reduce a lot of time waisted on leads that will never qualify to customer potential, nor convert to paying customer.
So dont get me wrong, it is a good course. But both course and promotion could do with a bit of fine tuning. I know nothing is perfect, or if it was, there would be no need for courses of this nature.
I felt to make the mastermind calls more value. We could have helped each other out by having a sort of registry so we could contact each other in the groups. Knowing what business each had, would have allowed us a more free flow of information sharing. Because we felt the limitations of the forum were possibly hindering answers and communications.
You may find it OK but I found the 1st fast start video being similar to the pre sales letter a bit confusing.
I have to admit no one or nothing is perfect AND F5 is one of those things BUT would it not be great to get that kind of percent increase in revenue for your business. AND OK I here you, I know I had a bit of a rag on about a few things to do with F5 but you have to admit you do not get many of this kind of HONEST REVIEWS.
Something I should have probably mentioned earlier was my partner is an affiliate for Stompernet. NOW you have seen my honest review and in case you are interested below is his link for more info from Stompernet on Formula Five.
